Ordering and Availability
Products, pricing and packaging are subject to change without prior notice.
All products are subject to availability – if a product you have ordered is unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss a suitable replacement or refund.
Payment must be received in full before your order can be fulfilled. Payments are made through PayPal and all major credit and debit cards are accepted.
All prices are displayed in Sterling and do not include delivery.
Orders will usually be prepared and dispatched within 1-5 working days. We will not dispatch orders on a Friday, Saturday or Bank Holiday to ensure your chocolate reaches you in the best condition possible.
Please ensure there is someone available to accept your delivery during working weekday hours. We do not accept liability if your product becomes unsatisfactory as a result of non-delivery.
FULL VALID POST CODES are required for every order. If you provide an incorrect address, including the postcode, we do not accept any responsibility for a failure of an order to arrive.
*As we do not have control over the temperature during transit of your order, we cannot accept responsibility for any products that have been affected by heat*
We securely package our items and ensure 'Fragile' tape is on every package, unfortunately we cannot be liable for products damaged in transit.

Cancellations and Returns
Orders may be cancelled if not already dispatched. If you wish to return a product as you believe it to be damaged or faulty, you may return it to us at your own cost within 48 hours of receipt stating the reasons for return. Once we accept your complaint, the returned order will be exchanged or refunded. Postage and packaging costs will not be refunded. Refunds will be made to the purchaser.
